Refund Policy – Cat Head Puzzles

At Cat Head Puzzles, we create puzzles designed to bring joy, calm, and a little “aha!” moment. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Ready-Made (Non-Custom) Puzzles

We accept returns on non-custom, ready-made puzzles under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Custom or Personalized Puzzles

All custom or personalized puzzles (including photo puzzles or puzzles created specifically for an individual order) are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your puzzle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Include your order number

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Orders

If an order is confirmed lost in transit after the carrier’s delivery window has passed, we will issue a replacement. Refunds for lost items are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or personalized puzzles

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Puzzles that have been used or assembled

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
